How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For our made-to-order bridal and evening collections, please allow 12-16 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy for evening wear?
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered evening wear with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bridal gowns and custom orders are final sale.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes, we offer fabric swatches for most of our collections to help you ensure the color and texture meet your expectations before placing a full order.
Do you offer international shipping?
AMSALE currently ships to select international locations. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Are alterations included in the purchase price?
Our online prices do not include alterations. We recommend working with a professional tailor to ensure the perfect fit for your special occasion.
