At AMSALE, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
